Title: Searching for Finality: Alternative Routes to Closure When Concluding an Irrevocable Trust Administration
Description: This presentation will analyze and propose potential scenarios involving a trustee who is about to conclude a trust administration, whether due to anticipated trust-terminating distributions or the resignation or removal of the trustee. In addressing these scenarios, the presentation will showcase some of the “tools” available to the trustee for providing protection and finality as s/he prepares to exit the scene, and will examine pros and cons of each optional approach.
