Topic: 20 Years of the Post-9/11 Period

Dakota Rudesill is an Associate Professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is scholar and practitioner of legislation and national security law and policy. Professor Rudesill will join the Immigration and International Law Committee on November 18, 2021 to discuss the legal implications of the terrorist attacks on 9/11, the changes that followed, and how this informs the legal authority of the US to use force in Afghanistan now that we have withdrawn from the country. Join us for this intellectual discussion on national security law and war powers.
